Suspended account
Greetings,
My account " pro kings" has been suspended dueto an "invalid address" issue.
In the method deposit bank, the country that i'm settled in "TOGO" is not listed, so i was asked to put my business address in order to send me the OTP via postal box.
I've put the correct several 4 times. However, you are telling me that the address is invalid.
I'm kindly asking you to help me solve the issue since i already paid all the necessary fees to sign up and start selling on Amazon.
Please, I ask you to confirm if I am located in Togo, if it is possible to make an Amazon account.

The team has reviewed your account a see that there is no bank account added in the deposit method. They are asking that you add a valid bank account and attempt to verify your business address at that time.
Can you please let me know here once a valid bank account is added?

I added a payoneer bank account than I received a message from Amazon stating that I need to complete the KYC requirments for the deposit method. Therefore, I contacted Payoneer and I received from them:
We understand you received an email from Amazon advising that in order to start receiving payments you still need to complete your KYC requirements with Payoneer.
Kindly note that your account has fulfilled the KYC requirements needed from Payoneer's end, and we are communicating this to Amazon.

Thank you for this information. I have reviewed your account and see that it is now activated however I still don't see that there is a bank account assigned. I see that you are referencing Payoneer however I don't see that is assigned either.
In this situation I recommend that you create a case to Seller Support for PSP enrollment support as they can review that further.
