I am supposed to be on a Seller Fulfilled Prime Trial, Only should last 30 days but still no word

I'm trying to get prime, and they were supposed to tell me after 30 days on a trial if I qualify. Still no word. Confused and Perplexed. Called customer service who sent me an email not relevant to the situation-- thanks a lot, for nothing

I understand that you already participated in the 30-day trial of Seller Fulfilled Prime. Please note that once the trial has started, you must meet the following requirements to pass the trial and become an enrolled SFP seller:

  • Participate for 30 days
  • Ship 100 or more packages from Prime trial orders
  • An on-time delivery rate of at least 93.5%
  • A valid tracking rate of at least 99%
  • A seller-initiated cancellation rate of less than 0.5%
  • Delivery speeds per size tier as viewed by Prime customers listed in this help page

It sounds like you have already opened a case with our Support team regarding this concern. Please feel free to update this thread with the case ID number and I can review the correspondence already provided.

We are having same issue. The trial ended two days ago on 6/19/2024 and today is 6/21/2024, but it still says we are in the Trial Period. We hit all the metrics. Why hasn't Amazon taken us out of the trial period, approved us as SFP seller and given our items the Prime badges as we deserve?
