Help! Brand Registry stating brand already enrolled
We are brand new to amazon and i went to register our brand but when i enter our trademark registration number, it says the brand is already enrolled. Of course i went the route of requesting to be added but i have very low hope that the email is going to someone who will help or who even has access to that email still.
I cant open a case with brand registry as it is stating i don't have a brand registered and seller support tends to never help with brand registry issues so kind of at a dead end. Is there anything i can do?

Do you OWN the brand or are you just trying to sell a brand that someone else owns?
If you OWN it have you ever sold wholesale and one of your customers enrolled it on Amazon under their ownership? That USED to happen a lot in the old days before the Amazon legal department told them they had to actually follow the law on brand ownership!
If you own it, someone at the company should know/remember that they enrolled in BR at some time. Find that person!

Are you the trademark owner of that brand? If yes, please let me know the case ID to support since I need to investigate the brand name, trademark details and raise this to internal teams to review.
If you are not the trademark owner, please request a brand approval or contact the trademark owner to be added into the brand as a selling role or protection role.
