Bank Verification Issue - Bluevine

Hellow all,

I'm looking for some help, my account is at risk of getting closed because I cannot get my bank verified. I use Bluevine Bank for my LLC; when I submit a statement I keep getting a rejection for this reason.

"The name of the bank that you entered in Seller Central does not match the name of the bank in the bank statement. Update the bank name in Seller Central to match the name of the bank in the bank statement."

What does this even mean? How, do I even update the name of the bank in seller central when its automatically populated when you enter the ACH? When I re-add my bank account information (which has been active for months) it prefills to Bluevine which is the correct name. I've talked to seller support numerous times however, they don't seem to be able to help or I can never get to someone who understands the issue.

Upon some further research it looks like Bluevine has a sponsor bank name/approved banking partner of Coastal Community Bank (screenshot below from Bluevine Bank website) maybe this is causing the issue; I'm not sure? I'm at loss, any help would be appreciated

You will not be approved because right on the home page of the Bluevine Bank Website it clearly states that:

Bluevine is a financial technology company, not a bank.

They are a money broker with no domestic or international regulations.

Try going right down the street and opening a checking account with a real local bank. If you do not reside in the USA, open an account with Barclays, HSBC, or UBS. Amazon will accept their accounts.
