Hello Amazon Seller Community,

I am reaching out for advice regarding my Amazon seller account deactivation. Despite submitting multiple appeals and fully complying with Amazon’s requests, my account remains deactivated without clear instructions on what is still missing.

Situation Overview:

My account was deactivated due to concerns related to ASIN B0BX3XYBQ7.

I have already removed the ASIN from my catalog and have stopped all activity related to it.

Amazon is asking for invoices and supplier details, but I never purchased or shipped inventory for this product.

I have submitted a detailed Plan of Action (POA) outlining corrective actions and preventive measures.

Challenges I'm Facing:

Amazon keeps rejecting my appeals without clear feedback on what additional information is required.

I have called Account Health Support, but they only direct me back to the appeal submission process.

I have no inventory or transactions for this ASIN, yet I am being asked for supplier invoices that don’t exist.

Request for Help:

Has anyone faced a similar issue?

Is there a way to escalate this beyond Seller Performance for a real review?

If you listed the ASIN, then they are within their rights to ask for supply details, invoices...and by the fact you are saying you never purchased or shipped it, then you were drop shipping?

They do not have to give you detailed information. Post your deactivation notice, as we need more information, but by the sounds of it, you were shut down for drop shipping.
