Search Terms and Generic Keyword attributes is Unavailable on Bully Sticks Category

I need help with figuring out this issue, please.
We are trying to make an update on our generic keyword and search terms but we encountered an issue.
When going to the back end of our listings, we cannot see the "generic keyword" attributes available below the "Key product features" which is weird because normally all products have that. Then when we replicate it by downloading a "Category Listings Report" file, we cannot see the column of "search terms" there.
This will have a significant impact on our sales because our products will not show up when customers search for them, affecting our rankings.
I'd like to request an investigation into this matter, please. Can someone from Amazon Technical Team can fix this for us please?

Some categories are not eligible for generic keywords which is happening in this case. I can certainly provide your feedback that this category be made eligible but I won't be able to provide updates on any internal reviews. Thank you for your understanding.
