品牌被莫名其妙的移除,说存在滥用行为,该如何申诉回来?

我们的品牌8月份被无故移除,申诉被拒绝,说这是最终决定,等系统发现我们不再存在滥用行为时会自动联系,注册品牌显示正在审核中,但已经过了很长时间了仍然没有消息。请问该怎么进行进一步的申诉?或者应该做些什么?

我也是八月份品牌被移除,不过邮箱中我是收到了一个独立站卖家的投诉,他把我的产品搬运到他的独立站上,反过来投诉我,亚马逊判断我品牌滥用给我品牌撤销了,也是说等系统发现我们不再存在滥用行为时会自动联系,注册品牌显示正在审核中,开了好几次case也没有解决。等亚马逊说的90天时间到达后,我们重新注册也拒绝,进行申诉提交信息后也拒绝了,最后发现是注册品牌的律师出了问题,所以亚马孙一直不给过。你最好看看你业绩通知有没有关于投诉的邮件,账户状况正常的话就申诉,申诉也不行就考虑品牌律师的问题。不行多开个几个case问问,每个客服水平也不一样的

After some research is appears as though your brand is live as of 2/20/24 and I see some ASINs that are live and the brand store is also live.
