Tracking Shipment Help
I have my shipment on the vessel and is on the to Cali port. I am unable to secure a tracking number for shipment as it has not yet arrived in the country. Amazon emailed saying my shipment page will be terminated if I don't update the tracking information. What do I do to protect myself form termination? I only have order number and shipment receipt.

Apologies for any misunderstanding on my end, is this a Send to Amazon shipment that's being delivered to an Amazon FC from overseas? Are you able to post a screenshot or share the text of the email you received? Thank you!
