I see that your card was declined by our system, there can be variety of reasons, including the charge being flagged by your bank as suspicious.
We do recommend that you use a credit card, the accepted cards are listed here:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G19791
Alternatively you can try contacting your bank to see if they denied the authorization charge, and retry the card again. If that doesn't work, you will have to get a credit card.
