Amazon says I dropship, and I DO NOT
Amazon suspended my seller fulfilled offers saying that I drop ship my orders.
HOWEVER, I HAVE NEVER EVER DROP SHIPPED ANY ORDER.
I have sent my orders' details, shipping labels, pictures, I buy the shipping label from Amazon, I sent my invoices for the materials I purchased, Amazon still does not understand.
Technically, it is impossible for me to drop ship my orders because my products are not mass-produced or outsourced to third parties. Each product I sell is created by me personally, making drop shipping impossible in my case. My unique, original designs cannot be replicated or fulfilled by any other party.
Shipping Evidence: I have already provided images of actual shipping labels and packaging used to send orders directly to customers from my workshop. These labels clearly indicate that I am the shipper.
Product Evidence: The images I submitted of orders being prepared show my handmade items in their unique state. These products are not shelf-stocked goods but are made individually based on customer orders.
Explanation: As I detailed in my earlier communication, the nature of my business is entirely incompatible with drop shipping practices. Each product is a personalized creation made to order in-house, eliminating any possibility of policy violations.
THE BOTTOM LINE, I DO NOT DROPSHIP AND I CAN PROVE THIS IN ANYWAY.
PLEASE HELP.

What type of shipping boxes do you use? Other sellers have noted that they have been accused of drop shipping when using branded boxes or reusing boxes. An example is going to Home Depot/Walmart/UHaul and buying their branded boxes for shipping.

Any Mods can help?

Hello @Seller_EJTYYaEOme6Ff,
Thank you for reaching out on the forums.
I see that your account has been restricted due to a potential drop shipping violation and and despite your attempts to dispute this, the issue persists. I understand that this is causing you confusion and frustration so I am here to take a look and provide support.
I was able to work with our partner teams and check the status of your submission. I see that the invoices you submitted are considered pro-forma, which cannot be accepted. The invoices you submit must completed and have the payment information visible to confirm the order was processed. Do you have the final invoices to submit? I suggest to review the below help page for specific invoice requirements so you can double-check that yours will be acceptable.
--Invoice requirements for appealing a policy violation
To address this potential violation, you must submit the following in the same submission:
-Invoices to show proof of inventory for ASINs you have sold in the last 30 days.
-Evidence of delivery for those items sold, such as buyer confirmation and tracking ID's.
-An explanation that proves you are not utilizing drop shipping for fulfillment.
Once you have made a new submission with the above required documents, please let me know so I can monitor the outcome. I will provide feedback and guidance if anything is missing or needs improvement. I am looking forward to your response and I hope you have a great rest of the day.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan

Bottom line is this, from first hand experience. Be grateful they have not held your money. It will take roughly 4-8 weeks as they do an internal investigation and nothing you can do about it. So, pack your patience and hope for the best. We did not drop ship either, however their BOTS flag people based on metrics or a compliant whether true or false. We were finally cleared and hopefully this helps.

"Shipping Evidence: I have already provided images of actual shipping labels and packaging used to send orders directly to customers from my workshop. These labels clearly indicate that I am the shipper."
Try providing a few samples of the tracking info provided by the shipping carrier that shows that it was actually shipped from your area, not somewhere else. Unfortunately, shipping label alone might not cut it. "Ship from / Return To" addresses can be anything on the label (both UPS and FedEx will accept anything sender enters; not sure about the USPS, we don't use them). What matters is where the first scan took place. For example, if you are located in New York, NY area and the first scan is somewhere in NYC, then it shows that you are the one who is shipping it. If the first scan is Kansas City, MO, for example, then that's a strong indicator that this was a dropship. I don't know what triggers Amazon to flag account for dropship violations, but I bet that's one of them. You might want to show them that's not the case, and it will help you cause tremendously, as that's a very good proof that you are not a dropshipper. At least, that's my logic.
Also, review the invoice requirement info that @Levi_Dylan_Amazon posted. Although, I have no idea what kind of invoices they want to see, since you are the one who is manufacturing the products. Supplies/components, perhaps? Not sure...
Good luck. I'm sorry you have to deal with this, especially if you did nothing wrong. But that's one of the dark sides of Amazon that everyone has to deal with sooner or later.

How/where do you generate your shipping labels?
Do you use Amazon Buy Shipping?

I am sorry this is happening to you.. It is unfortunate that Amazon cares so little about doing the right thing that they do not research these issues before they act. Basically, a poorly programmed bot can ruin a seller's life. And Amazon does not care. I hate hearing these stories.

Welcome to the group. I had 20k withheld for 5 weeks. Funny part is they told me the issue was dropped after 2 but that I still had to wait for the investigation period to be over lol

i have a bit of a suggestion, what if you create a FBA listing and ship some, while keeping your FBM? set FBA price a bit higher than FBM, this is what someone else did and it worked for them.
