Review about a seller
Please advise how to deal with the customer writing in the product review a defamation towards a brand. According to Amazon Community Guidelines (https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GLHXEX85MENUE4XF) it is not allowed to write a review that focuses on Sellers and the Customer Service they provide.
I've contacted support but they were not helpful.

What you said is true and correct. In fact, that is why Amazon has the Buyer Abuse Prevention Team, to solve problems just like yours. The problem seems to be that, unless your buyers are causing a problem in the half-million-dollar range, it is not work looking into.
What you can't see, but Amazon can, is if there is actually a relationship between the buyers. You just have to find a Rep willing to look into the situation, which won't be easy.
