Send to Amazon Warehousing and Distribution Application "Dangerous Goods?"
After 3 months of trying, my application to "Send to Amazon Warehousing and Distribution" was accepted. When I try to ship my product it is considered "a dangerous good". My product is not dangerous (empty steel can), it meets the category, size and weight requirements, and I was accepted into the program. Why would they reject me now? ASIN: B07F41XH84

After an entire morning of Amazon help desk people telling me my product is "not dangerous" and there is no problem. And, Send to Amazon Warehousing and Distribution still throwing an error that my product is dangerous.... They tell me to delete the product and start over again. This is Amazon's way of getting rid of you "de-looping" in the business, and does noting to help the problem. Really fed up with Amazon right now

I do not see where it says what is in the can? So they assume it is hazardous.

Is it possible the warning on the can in the second image is causing an Amazon bot to falsely flag your product? Also possibly the ingredients list in the third and fourth image?

Have you tried to upload a DG exemption for the ASIN? I think it goes to a completely different team and might help clear up the issue on the back end. I've only done them for requested ASINs, but think you can submit without needing the ASIN to be flagged. Also, when you open your cases are you requesting to be directed to the AWD team? They took 16 days to respond to my last case, but maybe yours could have a faster response.

I originally contacted Amazon regarding entry into the Amazon Warehousing program for my product that has been actively selling on Amazon FBA for 4 years (Case ID 14106980901). This simple request has spriraled out of control to the point where my entire product is s now suspended. I have not changed my product in any way over the 4 years I have been selling.
