$2300 of inventory lost. I'm so depressed about this.
I see SOOOO many folks have had inventory lost by Amazon. And it appears they take no responsibility for it. Which of course means, it's going to keep happening again. I almost wonder if there is a policy of stealing some now and then. I have 28 of 42 items missing. The weight and dimensions of the box are obviously more than 14 of the items. They arrived at Nepean, and they attempted to send these 28 to Mount Hope it appears. And now they're gone. The only thing they say is there is no record of receiving them. I labeled them all properly. If they were labeled incorrectly wouldn't they show up as that on the Shipping Analytics? Everything shows up as excellent there, yet they say that they never showed up. This is rather outrageous.

Have you opened a case? Escalate the case to a higher level if they keep denying responsibility. You will eventually get out of seller support to the next management level where case resolutions actually occur. It takes diligence to win the war.....

Had a similar experience and it was very painful-everything gone. I strongly suggest you put a copy of your shipment label in the box so that if the label outside falls off, they will find another copy in your box when they open it. I used this strategy after my bitter experience and it works every time I have issues with missing units. So sorry for your lost inventory !!!

I know exactly what you are talking about just not on the scale that you have encountered.
I too have had missing items. It usually is only 1 item but still it happens. If I send in a box with 20 items, they have said only 19 were recieved??
I know for a fact that there are none missing.I have sent copies of all labels of the items sent, but it doesn't seem to change anything.
I too have items sent to Napean and Mount Hope.

In my personal experience selling on Amazon, whenever they would lose items, assuming I had correcty applied my FNSKU stickers on said items, they would show up in my inventory all of a sudden, sometimes 4 to 6 months later.
Sometimes when they transfer items between FC's and it takes a while, items will also seem to disappear from records, only to show up again after they have been received and processed at the 2nd FC.
If the issue is still recent, I would say to give it some time before panicking.I know how it feels though, i've been there too.
