We have always had the featured offer. We have good account health, we have plenty of inventory, and we are a professional account. This is affecting our sales HARD! This makes no sense whatsoever. Amazon support has been extremely unhelpful. What do I do? We meet all of the criteria for the buy box on our own listing.
Please take a look we are a small minority owned business and this is really hurting us.

That is a mystery shrouded in fog and information clouded with misinformation and ALL of it is on purpose.
Amazon will NEVER give a 'formula' or every con artist on the site would have the 'buy box' and the huge majority would be their [Moderator edit Blake_Amazon: Removed inappropriate commentary] sellers.
