Remove Review

Customer left a bad review on an item because THEY purchased the wrong item. They said my product was the right product and length but that it didn't fit a particular car. I do not advertise anywhere that this product fits any particular car. I cannot use the feedback manager because it was left on the actual product. How do I get this removed? I just keep getting automatic replies saying customers are allowed to leave honest reviews. However, the customer bought the wrong item which is not my fault.
