A-Z Claim Granted For Full order even though Buyer clearly stated they are only missing 1 item!

The buyer had mentioned they were ONLY missing one item when submitting the A-Z claim. We had been communicating with them and confirmed they received 3 out of the 4 tires they ordered. They iniitated the communciation and acknoledged having received 3.

Amazon granted the claim and gave them the full refund for all 4 tires. The buyers was also only asking for a refund for the one unit they did not receive. :(

Now I am without the funds for this order and it will take me a week to recoup the losses at the very least for this one order .Please help! This is not fair, especially when the buyer is specifically communicating that they are only missing one item.
