Amazon Policy is prohibited tamper Brand name.
But AMZ internal department Tamper brand name is very serious. Once the compeittor seller pay money to AMZ internal department, they can Randomly help the seller tamper brand name. I can list many many many examples.
Espeically to AMZ CN employees, they very like to tamper brand name.
It is very very corrupt!

@Jim_Amazon This Nicbobo is ALL over the forums doing the same thing to many other sellers. Just so you knew. That account needs to be terminated with prejudice.

should, but they won't. I've never seen Amazon suspend a brand owner doing this stuff. They will restore the listing and split the bad actor away to their own listing to continue selling on the platform. often I have seen the same brand/hijacking rise from the ashes within hours of Amazon removing the bad sellers' contributions/shenanigans.
Amazon could quarantine their FBA inventory for every infraction, and make the seller either dispose of or pay return shipping.
Easy, right?
But Amazon chooses not to.
I guarantee you the same brand will still be on the platform a month from now. This seller has been doing it for ages despite many many many many many complaints (link is to forum discussions on this 'brand'):

The major issue is that this should have never happened in the first place. It is amazing to me that Amazon makes it so easy.

Same thing happens to us a lot. When I try to change it back it says only the brand owner can make changes. I'm the brand owner so how did someone else do it? Only logical explanation is someone in amazon was paid to do it.
