I have spent countless hours going back and forth with amazon and case representatives and have lost 3 days of sales.

I have a product flea / bug spray for Dogs that only uses natural oils. I have had my product on Amazon for nearly two years. I followed amazon guidelines that states you can be exempt from EPA regulation number if you provide label with ingredients and the breakdown of the oils. I have had that on my label since the beginning of listing my product.
" from amazon --If you believe this product is exempt from registration, please upload images of all sides of the product label that includes an image of product ingredients list."
I provide images with the correct information on label ---see attachements.
Here is the amazon error: his product has been identified as a unregistered flea and tick control product that is unapproved for sale in the United States. Amazon prohibits the listing and sale of products that are regulated by the EPA and are unregistered or are otherwise unapproved for sale in the United States. To have this product considered for reinstatement, please provide the EPA registration number and upload an image of the product labeling that shows the EPA registration number and add the EPA registration number to the detail page. If you believe this product is exempt from registration, please upload images of the complete product label that includes the product ingredients list. If you product makes any sort of pesticide claims, utilizes keywords which allude to the impacts or intended actions of direct use of pesticides, then this could be cause for concern in terms of federal regulations and Amazon policies.
A product can be classified by the EPA as a pesticide if the product claims, states, or implies, even indirectly, that it can or should be used to prevent, destroy, repel, mitigate, or take any other similar action against any kind of pest. Examples of "pests" include insects, mold, bacteria, mites, mildew, and animals. For US listings, this could appear anywhere in the detail page text, on an image, or both.
Some common pesticide claims include:
- Prevents, blocks, removes, neutralizes, or controls bacteria or other pests
- Sanitizes, disinfects, or sterilizes
- Resists mildew
- Removes or prevents mold
These are not all words or phrases that can contribute to a listing being removed for this policy.

As previously mentioned this situation was under review, it would appear that the case and review were resolved requesting more information, upon following up with this team they did advise that the situation was still under review and that you were notified of this on the 7/13/24. They did not provide the related case but confirmed that this is still pending review.
Since the situations does seem to cover a few cases a communication, I have requested an updated and additionally expressed your concerns with them. Where we do have very limited visibility in these situations, if they provide me with any additional information I will follow up with you here.

I also see that this situation is also pending. Creating multiple cases or reviews will slow the process down and in some situation require them to stop, and re review the information to verify if new details are being offered. I would again recommend waiting for their decision.

Can I please get some seller support. I thought the whole goal of this is to support sellers, my best selling product has been de-listed now for a month and my case is still not solved. I have followed all procedures removed flagged words and uploaded new images with 3 sides of label and still no resolve basically crippling a small business.
We have received an update and a final request for information to reactivate the ASIN:
