Cancellation Request After Product Has Shipped?
Strange cancellation request today. Received the Amazon cancellation email after the product had already shipped. Had to go to my shipped orders screen to see which one it was, and the normal yellow cancellation highlighted color for the order was pink on this one. Is this a new thing from Amazon? Have never received a cancellation request after we had printed a label, let alone after it had shipped.
Let the customer know that it had already shipped and they were welcome to submit a return request for "No Longer Needed" when it arrived, but didn't know if it was a glitch or a new issue.

Dominic from Amazon here. This is a bit odd, After 30 minutes, the buyer can no longer cancel an order directly, they can only submit a cancellation request for the seller to review. You would receive an email when the buyer requests a cancellation.
Did you create a case with Seller Support?
