VINE program is an embarassment, where do they find these people?
Its hard to explain how dumb people are unless I show you.
Here is the VINE review, twice is states the size in the added area and the first bullet, also states that its compact.

This ashtray is tiny. I don't know what size cigar they are using in the photo but the ashtray is a lot smaller then what you think it is. Super small. You need to read the description size and not count on the picture. Kind of worthless unless you only smoke cigarillos.

Why didn't you come in the forum, typing "Vine" in the search bar and read several threads? You would have been warned.
If you are brand registered you are allowed to contact the customer in this case. But - is it worth it? And you are NOT allowed to ask him to change the review.

Thanks for providing valuable feedback regarding your use of the Vine program. Yes, as @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC noted, there are a number of threads here where the sellers report receiving reviews that they didn't agree with. The thought that came to my mind was that you might want to use scale photography. The scaling is done by placing a familiar object (like a hand, coin, or ruler) next to the product in the photo, viewers can easily gauge its size.

Same issue. I got a review of a costumer saying they are disappointed my item doesn't have a feature that was never even advertised. Really bad program. I'm a new seler and it's gonna drag my ratings down.
