Amazon USA & Canada - Missing Mexico

Hi There, our Account is North America Unified Account, however, only for USA & Canada. Logging into sellercentral.amazon.com.mx with our credentials just logs us into main account.

Support suggested to create new North American Unified Account, with new email address, which created both of USA & Canada & Mexico. We have configured the Mexico, however, we cannot merge this account to our main account, as it wants to merge USA & Canada as duplicate accounts. We cannot merge as both of USA and Canada on the new account are inactive. We need to provide banking details, however, my fear is, that if i provide same banking details as our main account, we will get both account suspended.

Deleting or closing individual accounts from Second Amazon account, doesn't work, since it is North American Unified account and you cannot.

Support gave us finally note, saying that they cannot help any further and for us to have multiple global accounts. which i find bit ridicules that new account has no issues with Mexico USA and Canada, but my main one, there is no way of adding Mexico to it.

Our last resort is to update banking detials (fears of getting it blocked since the banking detials will be the same) and trying to merge the Mexico usa and canada, into our main account which has USA and Canada. However, not sure what the duplicate marketplaces will do. or if it will let us.

This suggestion is equivalent to advising you cut your head off with a rusty saw.

And they know it. But don't care.

Why would you want Mexico? Every month throw away some of your inventory and some money. That will create an equivalent situation.

It looks like you must be on the professional plan -- that is required for Mexico, but not for U.S. or Canada.

@Ricardo_Amazon any advice on this Ricardo, as Amazon support states that i need too have two separate North American Unified accounts, current one, and 2nd one for Mexico CAN USA.

Would setting up the same bank details that i have on main account, trigger account ban, for the 2nd account? for bank deposits?

Amazon support said that i can have the same bank details entered for the 2nd account which makes me worried.
