Amazon SEND Pick up service - Freight forwarder claims to not have received pick up fee

I paid $10.14 for the pick up fee to have my goods picked up from my supplier in China. However, the shipping forwarder (LinkTrans) is saying they never received the $10.14.

Where do I find proof that I paid this $10.14? Is there an invoice or receipt I can download from seller central?

Hi @Seller_5pRlzTMI3W8Z0

How was your experience working with LinkTrans?

With "Truck Delivery-LCL", did you have to palletize your shipment? Or were they picked up as loose parcels?

We're trying this out for the first time, so was curious how it went for you!

It was great. I ordered the pick up service so they coordinated with my supplier and picked it up.

Less hassle on my end since my supplier's freight forwarder would complain if I had only like 1 or 2 cartons to a specific destination, which as you know is out of our control. The freight forwarder assigned through Amazon SEND won't have any issues with that. Also I don't need to send my supplier my shipment IDs and I don't need to update the tracking numbers anymore. Amazon SEND will handle all that for me so there's less work.

I would say one con is that the shipping time is slower though.

There is also a caveat worth mentioning. The price you see is not exactly the whole price. I don't remember the acronym, but when the goods arrive you are expected to pay a tax based on the value of the goods. So don't think the price is like 25% of what you normally pay when going through your freight forwarder. For me it was more like a 10-20% discount.

Hey @Seller_5pRlzTMI3W8Z0

Thanks for sharing!

For shipping 1 or 2 cartons to a location, I am assuming this was a small parcel delivery, and you didn't have to put it on a pallet?

Did LInkTrans deliver the boxes to Amazon FBA using their own truck?

LInkTrans hasn't been responsive after booking them on Amazon, so we're a bit worried. We're not 100% sure of the pick-up & delivery requirements. We picked "Truck Delivery-LCL" like you did in your screenshot.

Hello @Seller_5pRlzTMI3W8Z0. I am also trying to ship my products with LinkTrans and have a question about it.

My supplier told me that the LinkTrans said that the LinkTrans won't assist customs clearance.

How did yours go? It would be great if you can share your experience.

Correct, it was just a few cartons

Yeh LinkTrans handled the shipment from supplier -> Amazon warehouse

I checked the box for the extra "'pick up service" so they coordinated with my supplier to pick up the goods on the date that I specified.

It went fine for me. I think that was the extra cost I was referring to in my original post.

I didn't have to do any extra paper work or anything. The only extra step was when LinkTrans asked for the fee from my supplier when my goods arrived in the US, so I had to reimburse my supplier
