I still have the Phone Number Verification red link in the Account Info age after a successful Phone Number Verification

Hello,

I have completed the Phone Number Verification last week, and then received the postcard and verified the business adress as well.

Now, I have the green check for the Business Address Verification, however, I still have the red warning for Phone Number Verification and when I click it, it directs me to the postcard page which shows that I have verified my phone number successfully. So, I am stucked about the phone number warning.

We have the exact same issue. @Micah_Amazon @Steve_Amazon @Danika_Amazon @Cooper_Amazon @Quincy_Amazon @Dougal_Amazon @CR_Amazon @Jim_Amazon

I have called AHS 5 times on it and have started many SPS cases. I continue to be told to wait 24-48 hours. It has been over a week. I also have attempted to change the phone number. Same thing. We just get taken back to the verification page where it shows that the number was successfully verified.

Same here, been like this for over a week. I got my address verification postcard today and that worked just fine after putting the code in. Hopefully we can get this fixed asap, it's stressful seeing that message every-time I log in saying I'm at risk of deactivation.

Hi. My situation is the same as yours. I have entered a 6-digit verification code and it has been successful. But the front desk still hasn't changed. May I ask if it will be successful after waiting for 24 hours? Thank you.I don't know what to do. If you have to wait, how long will it take.

So tired of Amazon's B.S! We just shut all our account items down TODAY!!! Been selling OVER 10 years here - Every year gets WORSE!!!

We have many websites and don't need this new garbage every week! They will learn fast when we all leave. No more waking up wondering if our business is in jeopardy because some programmer built HORRIBLE bots and don't give a &%$#. These bots will label a popular bracelet as a pesticide and turn it off!!!! Then when you contact the their "so called" SUPPORT they give you a CANNED response - making it OBVIOUS they never bothered to look into your bogus suppression!

Listen people.... they want to get rid of us all - remember when a whistle blower said that internal Amazon memos said WE THIRD PARTY SELLERS are basically their competitors!? Even Nike left Amazon's platform after suing for their designs being stolen!

Amazon has added bad policy after bad policy and confusing compliance after compliance and even when you Amazon's list of labs and pay thousands that compliance expires in a few months or they reject it for no good reason!!! - We will all end up spending MORE time and money on their compliance than on actual sales and profits!!!! This is there new scam to make money from us - using THEIR designated labs!!!!

The U.S. govt. has already accused Amazon of stealing third party trade secrets! They just use our compliance labs and vendor documents to find out who our suppliers are and what is in our products (i.e. supplement ingredients) and the reject the documentation!

All the compliance documents can be scammed anyway! Think about it! Anyone can send ONE single REAL product to a lab and then sell all cheap fakes after! You would have to test EVERY SINGLE supplment and every single item to be 100% sure it is real and safe - so it is all BS!!!!

I hope Amazon fails from this way they have been treating us. Good riddance!!! Bye Felicia!!!
