PLEASE HELP! Featured offer eligibility lost and can’t get it back.

In early february my ODR went slightly over 1% for the first time in almost 7 years of selling an amazon. Most of the claims were not my fault but were still counted against me even after appealing them. My account briefly went into at risk of deactivation but then quickly went back into being healthy. It was only after my account was healthy again that I lost featured offer eligibility. My ODR is now under 1% and my account is in perfect health now. I have also taken steps to prevent this from happening in the future but I am still not featured offer eligible. I’ve gone from 40-100 orders a day to 1-4 orders and this is detrimental to my business. I have learned from my mistakes and have taken every step possible to rectify the situation so now I am just begging for forgiveness and help to become featured offer eligible again.

I have seen many forums the past couple months of other sellers complaining of losing featured offer eligibility as well, even when their accounts were healthy and some say that there was a glitch that caused it so I am wondering if it could be related. Either way I am desperate to be featured offer eligible again and will do whatever it takes. 

Account health advised me to contact the Jeff at amazon for help and I did and was working with some named Trent who instructed me on what to do and forwarded my case but it has been over a month and I still haven’t heard from anybody or been able to get back in contact with Trent again. I’ve created multiple other cases but just keep getting the same auto responses and I have seen some other sellers in the forum say that sometimes it has to be updated on the back end and have had mods help them so I am begging for some help too please!

I am a good seller and have never had anything like this happen in my almost 7 years of selling on amazon so I am just begging for some forgiveness and help please!

There are (as you know) tons of sellers with perfect account health and even they can't get Buy Box back until the Bot decides to restore it. It is what it is. Mine was gone for 4 weeks over Christmas! With SPOTLESS metrics!

I see that a few days a go, a resolution on cases number ending on x3341 and x0111 has been made regarding this important issue.

My best advice is to follow the suggestions provided there.
