Suspended Account Closure

Hi All,

Recently due to a shipment problem, my account got suspended due to violations I had a lot of products with violations. I paid all refunds and am still not able to withdraw my balance. I want to close my account and get my balance. Please help me with this

As you mentioned there were a few different issues impacting your account. You advised on there being some shipping issues, how was this an impact to the account? Was this due to a drop ship concern, or fulfillment related problems?

As for the violations you received, were these issues listed in the account health page? Did these violations cause the deactivation of the account or the shipping problems?

Typically, there is a hold on funds release for 90-days post deactivation, depending on the reason for deactivation we may require you to address these violations prior to disbursements. We will occasionally provide a direct email address within the deactivation notice, with a path to request the remaining balance.

Regarding the account closure process, you will need to ensure the account has recovered from the account deactivation to successfully close the store, otherwise a deactivated account cannot be closed.

I would suggest reviewing the close your account help page in seller central for more guidance on our account closure requirements and process.
