Unfulfillable due to the pin code or address. Can someone explain this issue?

Hello,

I have two FBA orders that have not been fulfilled for 2-3 weeks, so I contacted Amazon and received the response below. This has never happened before. Can someone explain this issue? Thank you.

I understand that you would like to know why ASIN : oo is not being fulfilled, for example in Order ID: oo & Order ID: oo.I realize the importance that this has for your business and for that reason, I will make sure to provide useful information.

Upon reviewing further your concern, I was able to notice that the item in those orders is marked as unfulfillable due to the pin code or address to which the order is being shipped is outside the fulfillment center’s coverage area.

When the order was placed, the pin code was within the fulfillment center coverage area. However, after the order was placed, the fulfillment center’s pin code or the coverage area got updated, and the order was marked as unfulfillable and canceled as they don’t have a ship method.

We regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused. At this time, we kindly recommend you to create a new order so that the order can be processed from a different fulfillment center that falls within the coverage area of the address pin code.
