Unexpected FNSKU
Anyone else having issues recently with Amazon not reconciling shipments because they received "unexpected FNSKUs" and "are unable to recover the physical inventory"? This situation is impossible for us as we shipped all of our items in sealed manufacturer cases and in some instances, Amazon is telling us that partial cases are "unexpected FNSKUs" while the rest of the cases were received correctly.
When we open cases, we get the same response every time...

Eu estou enfrentando um problema FNSKU que não me deixa enviar a remessa, toda hora me dão uma resposta diferente mandaram excluir o listintig aguardar 24 horas e adicionar novamente e aguardar mais 24 horas criar SKU com o numero de upc e a barcode da Amazon, até agora não deu nada certo.
