GS1 Errors

My brand is Amazon Brand Registered and my account is in good standing. I am trying to set up new products and I am getting the error: SKU does not match any ASIN and the product data is not eligible for ASIN creation. Please check 1) your UPC/EAN/GTIN is registered in the G1 tool. I have a GS1 Certificate for my brand but I can't find a place I can upload this into my sellers account. Is there such a place? Thanks

In some instances there can be errors with Valid UPCs if the Brand associated with the GS1 UPC does not match exactly with the Brand on Amazon.com. Also if the UPCs are new it can take time for the GS1 Database to synchronize with Amazon's systems. If you are still having issues please provide your most recent Seller Support Case and I can see what options I can offer. Thank you for your understanding.
