Credit Card Invalid for a month
My credit card suddenly became invalid at the beginning of this month, and I've been communicating with seller support for almost a month now, but nothing has been resolved.(recent case id:14633191261)
I also know that my card is definitely a credit card and that I have called the card company and that it is in good working order. There are also records of $0 payments from Amazon multiple times at the time of authentication, and it is said that it has been approved. The card company said that there may be a problem with Amazon's system.
Using past logs as a reference, we have also unified the credit card information for the BUYER side account.
Is there anything else I can do?Please help me!

It is important that everything match correctly, and that the credit card is valid to use for the specific location.
You are required to provide a valid credit card in seller central that has their exact billing address that is on file with their issuing bank including postal code, which is shown bullet #2 below.
We verify your credit or debit card based on the following requirements. Violating one or more of the requirements below will result in your card being denied by Amazon.
- The number you entered should match the number on your credit or debit card.
- The billing address you entered should match the billing address on your credit or debit card statement.
- The CVV code you entered should match the code on your credit or debit card.
- The card expiration date should be at least 6 months from when you add the card.
- The card holder’s name you entered should match the card holder’s name on your credit or debit card (in the Latin-script alphabet).
- The card should not be a prepaid, virtual, or gift card.
- The card should be chargeable in the currency of the Amazon store(s) for which the card is being provided.
- The card should have adequate credit limit to pay for the charge.

Same happen to me credit card invalid but had room and no card charge attempted according to bank. seems to started when i was signed up for south America Brazil which i did not ask for nor sign up for. had to reassign card to all selling platforms then worked.

This has happened to us over the years. We simply cycle in a new CC when it happens. The CC verification system is clearly broken. A new CC will resolve the issue.

I am facing the same issue for the last one month. Same standard response from Amazon support that the billing address or postal code not matching on Amazon file. Tired and not sure what else can I do. My business is suffering.
