Hello, I need some information, my Amazon account has been deactivated, and they are asking me to do a verification via video call, I would like to know what this video call is like, because I don't understand English very well, and when will I set the date to make a video call, there is no language option. Will I have any difficulties during the video call because I don't understand 100% English?
