Moderators: Need a workaround
I have been going back and for for days now with Seller Support on a couple of issues. I can't get them to pass the information on to the relevant department. They just keep coming back at me with more and more questions.
There seems to be a coding issue with the new Send to Amazon workflow. I sell used books. Each box's dimensions and weight are unique. When I enter the dimension and weight information in 2D barcode, the weights printed on the shipping label are moved to different boxes than what I entered. It could potentially lead to additional charges for incorrect box weights.
I am not the only person I know having this issue.
I am to the point of begging Seller Support to stop bothering me and pass this along to Web Development and they will not do so.
I have already given up trying to get Seller Support to pass on to AVP1 I have a box missing from a shipment. I get an acknowledgement of my case, followed by a form to fill out. Then an acknowledgement of the form and the same form to fill out again... over and over.
It's just an endless cycle, with nothing ever getting accomplished.
Any way to get some traction on these? Thanks.

Hey there!
I can jump in here and offer my support. Do you have the Seller Support case ID for this issue where you've gone back-and-forth with them? I'm going to do some research on my end and see if I can learn more about what's happening here, and I can escalate your case to a team that may be able to assist.
