I just pushed a product to amazon using gelato's print on demand service. I created a poster product from gelato and listed on amazon.
However, it says that the item is
'Currently unavailable.
We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.'
Can someone help me with this?

FBA or FBM? Do you have inventory as "Available" in your "Manage Inventory"?

I found the link to Gelatos' support team -->HERE<-- and see that there is also a help page specifically for Amazon but I cannot provide any further guidance as I support the Amazon Seller Forums so I don't have insights into their program.

If the product is being sent to you and you are shipping them directly to customers, then you will want to learn more about Fulfilled by Merchant or FBM.
