Amazon will not update charge method
Amazon will not allow for us to update our charge method. We have a new card and when we updated it, we are stuck in an endless loop. We have tried multiple cases, with no actual answer. We keep getting the same loop over and over the is synonymous with Amazon support. We have open orders, messages and other time pressing matters that need attending yet Amazon will not update our account.

I have others but this is seriously the most frustrating aspect of selling on Amazon. The most simple, basic task gets drawn out for no reason at all. Any mods out there, please help! We are at a total loss for what to do!

Try updating it first on the Buyer side of your account; then wait a while (1-2 hours), and on the Seller side, it should be on the list to choose from. This seems to work better than just adding it on the seller side.

Agreed. I felt lucky that mine hit on Dec 31 after I had processed all orders; so I knew that I would have at least 36 hours before I needed to ship anything. Had I not checked in that night, and waited, I would have likely been late on shipping some things, and of course, Amazon would blame me for their delays.

For me, deleting the card info that is stuck and and adding it again worked, after struggling with this same issue.
