Why doesnt Amazon require customer to contact buyer before starting A to Z Return?
As a seller I am required to do so many things to sell on Amazon. Why can a buyer just do an A to Z Return without even contacting seller. I hand make everything when order is place and I am a very small business so every sale counts. Buyer did an A to Z return stating not interested. I have not approved return yet but did send customer a message asking for more information. I am glad that Amazon wants to protect Buyers but what about us Sellers. They really need to do something about this.
