Seller Central tax profile setup
Hello all,
Please forgive me if this question has been asked, but I have been looking all over and seeing different answers, so I am not sure what is the correct one.
I am setting up the Seller Central tax profile as seen below, and I have several questions as I am unsure what to do:
- what do I select for the first question "what is your tax classification?" -- I have an LLC and I am the only member.
- under Tax Identity Information, for the first name, do I put my name or the LLC's name?
- for US Taxpayer Identification number, do I put my SSN or my LLC's EIN?
If I choose Business under the Tax Classification, the Federal Tax classification comes up to select LLC, but I don't know what to select as LLC type as seen below:
