Not shipped shown to buyers

Im now getting a number of buyers contacting me and askign me why i item has not been shipped yetas its whouwing up on their screen saying that even though on our screen it has been shipped weeks ago. Is this a glitch on Amazons software as have reported it but as always with Amazon you got round and round and round and nothing ever get done. On another note jsut had an A-Z opened up from buyer who contact me 5 days ago and said on theiy open their screen it had not been shipped but they had received it so dont send.

Why open an A-Z up and of course is awarded striaght away without even looking at the messages between us !!

So annoying !!!!

For clarification, had you confirmed shipment for the orders where buyers were stating that their orders were showing as not yet shipped? For reference, to confirm the shipment, you will need the following information:

  • Ship date
  • Carrier
  • Shipping service (or Ship method)
  • Tracking ID (provide valid tracking ID supplied by the carrier)
  • Valid tracking number (supplied by the carrier). It cannot be blank or duplicated, and we will validate this in order to confirm the shipment.
  • Ship from address (actual address from which you shipped the order)

After you confirm the shipment, we do the following:

  • Charge the buyer for the order.
  • Credit your seller account for the order.
  • Send a shipping confirmation email to the buyer.
  • Update the buyer's Amazon account with the shipping information. They can then see the status online.

I understand that you also have a concern regarding an A-Z Claim. Please note that if Amazon grants a Claim in favor of a customer, you have 30 days to appeal and request a further investigation. Based on the results of the appeals investigation, Amazon will make a decision on whether to reverse the initial decision and reimburse you for the Claim incurred.
