Amazon doesn't pay me an order

I sold one bike child seat and I sent that to my client. Amazon sent me a email: For them I did't say track number so they don't wana pay me. So now I'm tring to contact the client for ask to him money but amazon cancelled all thing about this order in my accont so now I cant contact the client. No one from amazon call me o write to me about this problem, they sent me email with wroten: il caso è chiuso. I wana clos my accont but they ask me a lot of money for last mounths but I dont wana pay me because I lost my money for theyr folt. Is it appened to some one alse here? I'm in Italy. Thanks

But you should not be selling on Amazon.

Sorry to rub it in. But you failed in so many instances. You agreed not to communicate with the buyer -save some specific described instances- when you signed up.

The buyer has no obligation to you. Your beef is with Amazon. If you do not have the tracking number, how can you proof to them that you shipped the item?

From what You are stating is that You did not confirm the shipment with the tracking number in the time frame amazon gave You to ship.

From what I read, You shipped but did not enter the tracking info in the time frame amazon allowed You to. Therefore they cancelled the order.

They will NOT pay You for an order that was not confirmed with valid tracking on time… it was soo late to enter the information that they just “cancelled”the order.

The buyer is refunded in “full”. An now You are at a loss of Your item.

Buyer will get item free. There is no way to recoup that. Its a done deal.

Because Amazon gave You a certain time frame to enter Your tracking , for us in USA is 3 days I believe , I always print labels immediately and ship same or next day.

Going forward , You can make sure You enter the tracking information as soon as You ship it . Otherwise You will end up with the same situation.

Also,not paying what You owe amazon for Selling is not a good idea…, You may want to rethink Your Business Plans.

If You decide to stay just make sure You enter a valid tracking number within the time frame given by amazon. Best way is to purchase Your label from amazon so it gets entered right away. Sorry it did not go the way that You thought it would. Me being on here for awhile I too had errors and mistakes when I first began. Best of Luck!
