Misleading means that customers feel that watching the installation and use of product videos is misleading, which has nothing to do with customer service.

I would agree that is a product review and the, "everything they said was misleading.", is with regards to what the buyer is seeing on your Amazon listing not having anything to do with the service you provided to the customer. If they had said they had reach out to you and "everything they said was misleading" or order go there late, seller isn't helping me then it would be a different situation. Did the customer contact you at all?
