Product has been restricted from search, when I opened a support ticket it said it was classified as an "Adult Product"
My product disappeared from search, and when I went to open a ticket, it said that it was marked as adult. It is not an "adult" product. It even has a review saying "Cute game for ages 12 to 85!"
After a few days, seller support acknowledged this and claimed that they have made the change and to wait 72 hours. After more than 72 hours, the ASIN is still not searchable from all product search.
I reopened the CASE ID: 15020131951 but also hoping someone from Amazon on here might be able to help? The support team is generally hit-or-miss.

I'm sorry you have had issues with your product incorrectly being identified as an adult product. I've reviewed your product and case and your product is no longer marked as adult but the product was still restricted from search. However the team has indicated in your case they have initiated a lift of this restriction and your product should be searchable in 24 hours.
