Call Me Now not working

I need help with an appeal. Very new to selling. I keep receiving an error message for Call Me Now. Internal error, retry. I’ve tried other browsers, cleared caches, and nothing! How do I speak with someone before my accounts deactivated

If you open a case with Amazon regarding your issue — You Must Wait for a Response.
If you continue to open cases, or keep trying to request a call, Amazon will stop you from continuing to call.

Most cases can take up to 45 days — there are thousands a cases. You have to wait your turn. Amazon does not rush anything.
