The mods are not obliged to answer. Sometimes they step in, sometimes not. It's better to address you question in public and hope for an answer from other sellers.

What Brigitte said ... but will add that moderator presence is always thin (thin to non-existent) on the weekends.
As the scammers and the spammers know.

This is a forum You may get some help here. This is not seller support. If you have many cases, you need more help than you can get here. Mods are here for fluff not substance.

I understand how you feel. It is a tough row to till when you are doing it alone. Do not give up. Remember why you started. And keep emailing and opening cases. Ask for a suppervisor. God Speed We 412

You've gotten some blowback here, but I'm inclined to agree with the essence of your post. And disagree with the view that helping sellers is not the job of a mod. That's how they were sold to us! And how often do they say, "We're here to help"?
For starters, the "coffee chat" thread is still going strong, with personal information still displayed. There is no consistent monitoring of the forums, despite what we are told.
As to the "ghosting," yes, I have had personal experience with that. It's extremely poor form and very unprofessional for a mod to start working with a seller on an issue and then just disappear...perhaps because they can't fix the problem or they just don't want to deal with it anymore. Those people should not be mods.
From what I can see (and I'm not here nearly as much as I was on the old forums), the mods are not doing - with any regularity or efficacy - what we were told this new batch would do when they were introduced on the OSFE. They even had their areas of "expertise" laid out (so they could "help" us), but some of them don't seem to be here anymore. Whatever level of seller help was available on the old forums has suffered greatly here.
Some (few) sellers have reported good mod experiences on the NSFE. That's nice to hear, but I wonder how much of that has been the luck of the draw: who sees your post, what day/time you post, the nature of your issue, who has the time or the interest or the ability to tackle your issue, who even cares...
I'd still like to see a list of ACTIVE mods pinned here. If there is one, I'd appreciate being directed to it as I can't find it.
I could go on, but I need my energy to fight the real Seller Support debacle which lives within the cases that I open.

Maybe it is because you have 85 Discussions created in 2 years The next closest person in this specific discussion has 21 and they have been around for decades. You use this forum as your personal support system and hill top to shout all the wrong doings to you. Tagging mods in many of your posts and being rude to them in your reply's. You catch more flies with honey.

The forums are for sellers to help each other. Not for sellers to get help with problems from mods. They will help from time to time but that is not their function. If you feel you need more help then email jeff@amazon.com but even this is no help anymore. So what are your questions? Long time sellers can probably provide a better answer than the mods can.

Best advice I can give you is to remain patient.
It is super frustrating, I know. Our main listing just lost half of its reviews - and the "Internal team" has been investigating for 2+ weeks.
But yelling doesn't solve anything.
Try to get them to escalate the case so you can either chat/talk to an Escalation Resolution Specialist
Good luck
