Feedback is ridiclous now, can Amazon please FIX the feedback system?
We have received feedback which is completely lies but amazon refuse to remove.
Customer left: "I ordered front lip for q50 sport package they sent me lip for q50 base package and refused to return."
First of all, the ASIN listing CLEARLY states for "compatible with 2014-2017 Q50 Premium Base."
On the bullet points, it is literally stating:
"This kit is designed for 2014-2017 Q50 Premium Base; Not for Sport Model; Not for Sport Model; Not for Sport Model; I say important things 3 times."
It ends up STILL, a buyer buys it for his sport package model...it is okay, buyer never read anyways.
A wrong purchase on a wrong model, of course it is not going to line up...
and we been communicating, and we said no problem, you can always request a return for refund.

We have NO RIGHTS to refuse a return, right? Yet, buyer choose to leave negative feedback, saying we refuse his return...
Feedback not removable and how is this feedback with 100% lies is going to impact my account....
We think Amazon should really take a serious look at your feedback removal tools if you are going to count it against our store standard...
