Most ridiculous case of Suspected IP Trademark Logo Misuse I've yet dealt with
Are there any humans left working over at Amazon Seller support anymore? I seriously think Amazon's AI must be broken. I have had a lot of ridiculous suspected IP claims to deal with, usually with no idea how they were even being flagged in the first place, but this one has to be one of the most obviously outrageous! Take a look and see if you can spot where the AI completely flagged this wrong and how Seller support is either incompetent to see this our just not human.
So we are selling this inflatable lobster toy...

...which was just flagged as trademark logo misuse for the brand "Nongshim" (Some noodle company). Look at the companies little red logo See it? Like what the?
To make matters worse, I just received my first response back on the case appealing this:
"Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
Thank you for contacting us.
As per your correspondence, we acknowledge your concern regarding the ASIN B0D5DDFVVT.
I regret to inform you that your listing is at the risk of deactivation.
Please be informed that we suspect that your listing for this product infringes on the intellectual property of others due to logo.
Furthermore, the product detail page for this product uses the rights of another rights owner: nongshim. And we have not been able to confirm that you are authorized to use this information on the product detail page.
For us to quickly resolve this, I would request you to provide a letter of authorization or licensing agreement proving that you are authorized by the rights owner to create and list products using their information in relation to your product.
Your patience and understanding in this matter are highly appreciated.
Thank you for selling with Amazon,
Somraj C.
Amazon.com Seller Support"
What the actual...? There is no way a person reviewed this case and just confirmed that we are actually infringing upon this noodle companies logo because my inflatable lobster's appendages happen to form into a similar look as the logo right??
Anyone else been dealing with similarly crazy IP case and what has been most successful for you in dealing with these?

Good Evening @Seller_UptyWnPJuwcd3,
I wanted to stop by and check in with you on this thread. I found the related case (case ID ending in 5311) where you were appealing the IP violation and saw the team approved your ASIN for reinstatement on June 3, 2024. I see that ASIN B0D5DDFVVT is active on the website as well for sale which is great news.
Please let me know if the ASIN does not appear reinstated on your side and I would be happy to investigate the issue. Have a good night.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
