For SOME issues you will never get the money!
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

Good. You've grasped at least a little bit of reality. You're done here.
But you HAVEN'T been "wronged" by Amazon. You failed to follow policy, and Amazon has a legal obligation to their shareholders to hold you to the terms you agreed to when you signed up.
You can't prove that (at least some of) your items are authentic. Amazon will not release your funds until you do, or under a court order.

Hello @Seller_2rl83xnb02UOX,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your deactivation and funds.
Was this a concerns of authenticity, if so was it a customer complaint? Was this a violations of our intellectual property policy?
The first thing I want to touch on is the plan of action provided by your lawyer. A plan of action will not be accepted outside of very unique situation and have been requested in the original deactivation notice. If this was never originally requested, we will only accept invoices or an authorization letter from the brand itself.
As mentioned by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp, when purchasing from a retailer, you will receive a purchase receipt, as these businesses are authorized to redistribute products to consumers. This may not be a valid source of products in most situations as these retailers cannot provide any level of authorization to use someone else's intellectual property.
All invoices will need to meed our responsible sourcing requirements and show proof that you have a valid supply chain. If this is related to an intellectual property violation, you may need a letter of authorization to verify proof that you and or the business was approved by the brand.
As it sounds like the account is still deactivated, you can review our funds withholding policy for information on who to reach out to by email. Please keep ind mind that this policy does mention similar information provided by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp:
If we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, have abused our systems, or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and sellers, we may withhold some or all funds in your account. Examples of deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities include, but are not limited to: falsifying or misrepresenting your identity, violating Amazon’s anti-counterfeit policy, or submitting forged documents to Amazon.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
