Are they bluetooth earbuds? If so, they do fall under FCC regulation, and you'll need to get the FCC compliance ID number from the manufacturer (technically it should be listed right on the product's packaging or manual) and enter it into the appropriate field of your listing.

Check the listings for any content that is prohibited or considered a radio frequency device, than edit and make the changes to be compliant with policy will help address and possibly resolve the restricted product violation.
If you have already edited and made changes to the listings you will have to give the team time to review the changes, once the review is complete the team will provide an update through case log or performance notification.
