I am a registered brand, and I am experiencing a challenging situation where I'm consistently receiving 1-star reviews from unverified buyers. Despite reaching out to Amazon's customer service and reporting the fake reviews, case ID was created, but I haven't received any response. This is incredibly frustrating because I suspect someone may be attempting to discredit my product, especially since my pricing is competitive. I've invested significant funds in advertising, and it's disheartening that Amazon hasn't taken action to address this issue. My request to Amazon is simple: please verify if the reviews are from legitimate, verified buyers. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
