Wrongfully tagged as fine jewelry

Hi, I sell Fashion Jewelry on this platform and recently one of my AISNs has been tagged to be reviewed as Fine Jewelry. I have talked to multiple customer support associates and can't get anything squared away. The jewelry I sell is not "Fine" - it is gold plated, but that goes right along with Amazon's requirements for Fashion Jewelry. "Fashion jewelry also includes jewelry made with an underlying base metal and plated with a precious metal." Everyone tells me to keep replying to the case and tell them there has been a mistake, but nothing is happening - I get the same email over and over. It seems that no one on the other side is reading my emails - at all. Please let me know if you have had this issue and how you resolved it. Thanks.

What you are seeing and finding is correct. The original blocking was not done by a human, it was done by an Auto-box with no brain.

Getting any help from support will be helpless because they have no control over the Bot and getting permission for your listing to be altered in a favorably way.

Amazon seems to be using this philosophy more and more. With over 600 million products sold on the site, (and probably 10,000 new seller complaints daily), it is simply not worth the effort in rectifying the situation.
