How do I edit my listing that I have created but cannot edit anything?

Hi team,

Since I am Korean, of course, Korean is much more comfortable than English.
However, most of the problem cases could not be solved by meeting the manager in charge of Korea.

As a result, I am clumsy, but I will write a case translated into English.
It’s going to be a long sentence, but I’d appreciate it if you read it.

I’ve been selling on Amazon for about 4 years.
All the items are molded by myself with a hydraulic press, put in plastic, put in a box, and then fnsku labels are attached.

We’re a small company, the other employees are busy with their own work, and I started Amazon for my own company by myself, created an account, created and managed listings.

As a result, in the first 1 or 2 years, although I couldn’t make a big profit, We’re able to survive on the platform called Amazon.

The problem is now.

My listings are fixed so I can’t change any of them.
I have completed the brand registration, and I have already been granted all rights to Amazon as a BR owner.

However, I am unable to modify any of my listings at will.

Since the last modified listing, I have all indexing turned off, and my Auto campaign hardly works.
This issue is also due to listings linked to other marketplaces.

Even the Amazon managers I have met so far say that only the seller can solve it.

What should I do?
My product now has 390 reviews(4.6 grade) and I thought it would grow every day.
However, growth has stagnated for over a year.

Hopefully somebody else can give you better help on this. Do you see an error message or code?

I might try the simplest things first. If you are using the Firefox browser, try using Chrome.
If that does not help, if you have been trying to edit from Seller Central, Manage Inventory and Edit on the item, then try a different way. If you are familiar with using flat file templates, then are you able to do a PartialUpdate and have that work?

In this case, as a producer and seller, I have an obligation to provide correct information promptly.

Amazon actively encouraged sellers to expand the market.
And I followed their instructions.
But now, they are saying that they cannot be edited because of the listings created in the markets of other countries.

The key is that listings in other markets should be able to follow the revised listings in the country with the highest sales volume.

I have opened the case 40 times with this problem.

Maybe I am a pathetic seller in the global age.

But my attitude as a seller is not pathetic.

In the 19th and 20th years when I first started Amazon, there were many seller supporters who wanted to solve the case until the very end.
