Request Urgent Escalation: Product Visibility Issue - Color and Brand filters
Greetings,
I am writing to escalate a persistent issue with my product’s visibility on Amazon (support case ID 15946573871). My product is available in one color with different size variations and has been performing well across various search filters. However, when customers filter by color, the product completely disappears from the search results, despite there being no color variations associated with it.
We have conducted multiple searches using the brand name followed by the product name, and the product was appearing with this method even before it gained any ranking.. This indicates that the issue is not related to the ranking of the product, as the support team suggested. The proposed solution to create new variations would not address the root cause of the problem and would instead result in the loss of valuable sales history, customer reviews, and search rankings that the product has built over time. This would adversely affect the product’s performance and long-term success on the platform.
Given that the product responds well to all other filters and was previously visible using the search method described and still responds until color is filtered out, and the fact that when searching using the ASIN only there is no color filter options or brand side option/filter appear, suggesting that the product is not indexed against any color attribute or brand. I believe this is a technical issue within Amazon’s system related to the application of color filters. I respectfully request that this matter be escalated for further investigation and resolution, as the suggested solution would only exacerbate the problem rather than solving it.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue without compromising the product’s visibility and performance.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Regards,
Juhaina

Hello there @Seller_Za9vXaoYdhRRw
Have you attempted to search again to see if the issue is persisting? I just tried myself using the brand name and product name and it looks like the listing is populating with the filter both selected and unselected!
