automated shipping

I just got shipping handling time changed to 1 day (because I'm such a good seller) any way to go back to the 2 day that I had selected

Either you are able to change it in your shipping template or you have to change by SKU.

You must in any case disable automation. Hopefully you will then regain your two-day default handling time. But maybe not -- you may be stuck with one day default.

Either way -- do not rely upon the default. Amazon has shown us that cannot be trusted. You must set handling time at the SKU level.

And know that even with the handling time set at the SKU level, if you allow automation on the default handling time, then your SKU-specific handling time is ignored.

Check that default occasionally. Amazon did announce their intentions of repeatedly changing us to automated.

Hey @Seller_yyHwLvN97NsnO, just want to echo what @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 and @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl said.

When a product has an SKU-specific handling time, it will override the default handling time. Be sure to shut off automation and set SKU-level handling time. Read more on Manage your handling time.

That will happen now and then. Amazon will review your account and see you are on average shipping/delivering faster than your account is set for - and will adjust your handling time without letting you know. You can manually go change it back under shipping settings....just keep an eye on it as it will happen again.
